Dr. Paul Dibble MD is a family physician and owner of Simple Traditions Family Health. He has over 14 years of clinical experience, including in public health, urgent care, general practice, and family medicine. He has practiced in many different environments, including inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, the military, and overseas.
Dr. Dibble earned his bachelor degree at Grand Valley State University and his medical doctor degree (MD) at Wayne State University School of Medicine. Following his medical training, Dr. Dibble spent several years in the U.S. Navy as a general practice physician. After his honorable discharge, he completed his specialty training in family medicine and worked in private practice before starting Simple Traditions Family Health here in Magnolia, Texas.
Dr. Dibble is a Christian and enjoys church and Bible study activities. When he has time, he also enjoys outdoor activities. Dr. Dibble lives in the area with his wife and 3 daughters. Dr. Dibble also speaks Spanish

Dr. Pamela (Pam) Johnson MD is a physician with over 25 years of experience in clinical medicine including preventive medicine, urgent care, occupational medicine, and obstetrics and gynecology. Though her main focus is general preventive medicine and women’s health, she sees children and adults and has training and experience in a wide range of acute and chronic problems.
Dr. Johnson grew up in up-state New York and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York followed by her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from The University of Texas at Austin. She obtained her medical degree from the University of Illinois Medical Center at Chicago and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Duke University Medical Center. After a decade of practicing obstetrics and gynecology as a faculty member at Duke and in private practice, she switched gears focusing on general preventive medicine. She completed her Preventive Medicine Residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor along with a Masters of Public Health.
When not working, Dr. Johnson enjoys long-distance bicycle riding with her husband, Val, spending time with her two daughters, Kelsey and Emily, gardening, and being an active member of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Brazos Valley (UUVBV) and the TAMU Women’s Club.

Nancy is our office manager and has ten-plus years of medical assisting experience. She has worked primarily in surgical offices but has found her home here with us at Simple Traditions Family
Health. Nancy loves the personal touch that family medicine has, which allows her get to know her patients and their families.
Nancy is married to her high school sweetheart and has two beautiful kids. She enjoys photography, crafting, and spending time with her family.
Laura is one of our medical assistants (MA) and has been with us since 2016. She graduated from Magnolia High School in 2012 and then graduated from Texas School of Business with her medical assistant diploma in 2013. Laura says she has always taken interest in the medical field and was always the go-to caregiver for her family. She pursued a career as a medical assistant so she could help others feel better. Laura has a husband and daughter. In her down time, Laura enjoys watching Netflix, and cooking with her husband.
Andrea is one of our medical assistants (MA). Andrea was raised here in the Magnolia/Waller area, growing up on a farm surrounded by animals and being home schooled.
She states that her parents always taught her to be kind and show interest to others. Her own experience seeing how much a health provider affected the patient especially motivated her to go into the medical field. She says she enjoys trying to find the best way to help patients, hopefully making them smile, even when they are in pain. Andrea enjoys regular Bible study with family and friends and enjoys drawing and gardening in her free time. Andrea also speaks Spanish.
