Our clinic is different than most in its structure and function. In your cover letter or email, please comment on why you want to work in a direct-pay clinic.
Our direct-pay, family medicine clinic is in its eighth year, and we continue to grow. We are looking for a full-time or part-time family physician who is comfortable with the full scope of outpatient family medicine and who wants to practice in a direct-pay model. Partnership possible.
Imagine working in an environment in which you have longer appointments in which to focus on the right care for your patient. Imagine not having to worry whether you coded something exactly right or met some arbitrary, population, quality measure. Imagine not having to deal with the hassle of insurance billing and prior authorizations. If you can imagine that, you have discovered direct-pay.
We are a direct-pay clinic; that means we bill patients directly and do not participate with any insurance or third-party payer, private or government. We think that being direct-pay is the best way for us to provide excellent and affordable medical care.
Our practice is exclusively outpatient; we currently provide no in-patient care and don’t deliver babies. We provide a full range of primary care, including treatment of injuries, illnesses, and chronic diseases as well as the management of pediatric, adult, women’s health, and geriatric issues. We offer a variety of office procedures.
Candidate must have appropriate training and/or experience; specialty board certification is not required. An unrestricted Texas license and DEA registration are required. BLS certification is required.
About our location: Magnolia is in a growing area of the greater Houston region. It maintains its small-town charm yet offers the convenience of nearby shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

Call: A rotation of call coverage (phone)
