Preventive health screening is important, but sometimes people put it off due to expense. At our clinic, we offer Health Screens as an affordable way to do preventive screenings and to get a check up on your health. A Health Screen is a Nurse Visit; an Office Visit with the doctor is not required. You should be fasting (nothing to eat or drink except water for 8 hours).
The basic health screen includes:

STD screening for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) can also be done alone or in combination with the Health Screen. See our website or inquire for more details.
The tests above are chosen at your discretion. You will be notified of the results, including any abnormalities, but no diagnosis or treatment is provided with the Health Screen. If you want to discuss which tests you should choose, want other labs or tests done, or need to discuss abnormal results, an Office Visit with the doctor is required.
